Nowadays an ordinary person gets overwhelmed by the hundreds of choices brought to them by dozens of different professionals. What’s more, the process demands decisions up front, punishing people who want to adapt the design as they go.

Our foundation is in freely distributing knowledge to the ordinary homeowner and business owner.

  • Open zoom office hours where anyone can come to troubleshoot their project

  • Client coaching sessions are free for any who wishes to audit them

We prepare clients for the battle ahead by running them through a mockup, where we develop a schematic design, realistic budget, and project schedule, within weeks at an affordable price.

We can then either turn these into permit documents for you under a separate contract, or you can take them to another firm to finish the job.

We believe that an effective client is the key to project success; therefore, client coaching is a cornerstone of our model. We hold small sessions once a week with a handful of clients to go over each person’s project and what their weekly goals are.

We also cover useful skills, such as how to file for a permit in Detroit and how to use ChatGPT to help write a contract.

Pay-as-you-can

We believe in the work of rehabilitating our cities and towns, and we believe in our clients.

We therefore offer a “Pay-As-You-Can” payment structure for qualifying projects.

With these projects, payment is only due if and when the project is completed, moved-into, and generating revenue that meets its financial targets.

Slots in this program are limited, and require certain things of the client like site control and proof of adequate funds to complete the construction project.
